University Place Townhouses
The Plain Dealer reported that the plans for the project show three-story townhouses with garages, rooftop decks and between one and three bedrooms. The townhouses are priced from $250,000 to 430,000. Eight townhouses will face the Case Western Reserve University’s ballpark. 10 rowhouses will face the European Courtyard, and 2 Coach Houses will be nestled behind the Townhouses.
The University Place Townhomes are the only new for sale residential development in University Circle. "Though many developers in the neighborhood are focused on apartments, Bluewater Capital Partners believes there is demand for new for-sale housing,” The Plain Dealer reported.
There will be 15 year Tax Abatement and the project will qualify for the Greater Circle Living forgivable loan program. You may qualify for up to a $30,000 grant.
